[MD] Global Warming: Science or Politics?

Hi everyone,

Here in Michigan we have a 10 cent return on most recyclable cans and
bottles.  I think this would be a very practical measure to give
people an incentive to recycle, if this were adopted in more states.
Right now I think only 11 states have legislation like this.  Any
thoughts?
