You're right. No one is going to care. Unless I write about taking hikes and
playing basketball and fishing. And if I write well enough perhaps one day
in a hundred or two hundred or many even in a thousand years someone might
just read what I wrote and gain some small value from the words. That will
never change as long as there's reading human beings.
Games change so that in a few years all the games of today will seem
outdated and mediocre by comparision. It doesn't matter how well a person
plays the game if the game is no longer worth playing. All the time the
player puts into honing skills is lost.
But I could be wrong,
