     How can you make dynamic quality something particular?  How can
nothing be something?  Nothing is not-a-thing.  Nothing can not be a
particular, unless, Nothing is a particular and still not a particular.
How can nothing move?  In other words, how can dynamic quality move?
Nobody could ever tell if nothing moves, is still, even to rely upon the
concept that dq is nothing is not to allow the true undifferentiation dq
is.

Dynamic quality is'nt anything in particular just a  more kinetic aspect
of Quality where static is less kinetic as I understand it.
I'll use water as an example...dynamic -vapor,   static - ice
 it all moves but at different rates.

      This is all static quality, except for not-having.  Nothing does
not-have, unless, you are referring to static quality, a thing
not-having.

it's opposite appears, the split occurs.
The manifestaions emerge. What I see it as saying is, that mind can
exist and function prior to thought/intellect/quality.
Mind has the ability to processes experience hot off the presses and
throw it out before thought/intellect/quality murders it, disects it
Labels and stores it. Like v'ger in star trek the motion picture.
