Which, of course, reveals the fragility of the statement "the purpose of life is
to live". Namely, its doomed to failure. Our fundamental "purpose" is one we
can ultimately never achieve. How sad.

Not as fragile as having no purpose at all.

Our choice is "meaningless" or "futility"? Like I said, "purpose" is just an
illusion. "We exist so that we can exist" is an empty tautology better
rewritten as simply "we exist".

"We exist". Okay. And now what? That's more important, I think.
