We place quality on objects through anthropomorphizing (spelling?), objects
just are - how and what they are is within us, not without us. We are the
subject.

Isn't saying "humans can't know" a form of knowing, and therefore
contradictory?

If you think that quality is "placed by a human" you are implying a dualism.
Do you see this man/value split as any different from a subject/object
divide?
