Psycho as in psychotic
Floosy as in barlady

Psycho - Let's see she was clearly on medications to prevent depression and
or hallucinations. She actually has a psychotic break.

Floosy - She gets drunk and picked up in the bar because the guy she thinks
she can keep screwing for room and board takes up with another woman. So she
tries to turn a one night stand into another boat ride. She wants to pick up
her drug dealing former pimp so they can knock the Captain over the head and
steal the boat on the way to Florida.
