Since Quality creates the individual, it's probably important to pay 
attention to all quality experiences.  That way you may choose the 
ones to leave in, and the one to leave out, based on an intelligent 
decision.  Of course focusing and paying attention is rather 
difficult, and why meditation is recommended.
