To my knowledge the super string theory developed out of odd anomalies
observed in super colliders, They're building that super huge super collider
in Texas right now just for that reason, to get a bigger Better look at just
what is going on. I was watching how they're building that sucker on Modern
Marvels, absolutely amazing.

Actually I think the government cut funding for the super conducting super
collider project.
