Unfortunately, the government school system in the U.S. -- along with the
government in Washington-- is broken. That's why we need vouchers. Then schools
will compete in a free market.

Why do we need vouchers? Why not follow the terrificly successful models of
public schools in Japan and Finland?

Further, paying twice for schools will be eliminated.

No one pays for school twice.
