and to finish a question: where do you get most of your food? supermarket, grow
yourself, farmer's market, local grocers, community supported agriculture etc?

We've belonged for years to a CSA Farm. We supplement this with some things I
grow myself and (in season) our local farmer's market. I have the benefit of
living in a valley packed with Amish farms and roadside stands. I try to keep
between 80-90% of all my food "local" (and also organic). Most weeks its easy,
some weeks hard, but its a worthwhile effort.
