Hi gav,
I just recently read a book called The Omnivore's Dilemma, in which
the author asks the question "where does your food come from?" Being
a college student, it's safe to say that most of my food comes from
the supermarket/industrial food (including cafeteria). I think it
would be a good start if everyone would pay attention to where their
food comes from and how many steps it takes to get there. Even so, it
would be difficult for most college students to appreciate the
difference between high Quality food and food engineered to mimic that
Quality, at least enough to pay for it on a regular basis.
Peace,
Steve
