Ron,

Is that my choice?  Opposite?  Or the same?    To me, these are two 
different perspectives.  Please set up an example that falls within 
both paragraphs.

Here is the argument , 

Why does Pirsig state that the levels are discrete
yet in the letter to Paul Turner he clearly describes them
as integrated?

All I'm pointing to is inconsistency in statements.
