Regarding the madman he is still at large, but not roaming the woods 
(!) with the axe raised. The local police has threatened to resign and 
the minister of justice is to appear before a hearing. The point is how  
intellectual value at times leaves social value paralyzed. Intellectually 
(objectively) seen no one is responsible or can be punished, there's no 
free will, we are results of either upbringing or genes (nurture/nature) 
which is an offshoot of the Subject/Object dichotomy.

   What if he goes after somebody?  Can they shoot him?  What do 
you think might end happening in this situation?  What do you 
think should happen?  
    From an moq perspective, wouldn't you agree that the court system 
is not using the social patterns (police) to stop the immoral 
biological patterns (madman killing)?
