I don't think metaphysics can do either of these. Existence has been around
for billions of years. I think it's too late for an account of its origin.
Humans' role in the universe is easier but still not relevant to metaphysics.
For instan ce, humans role in the Mars rover being on Mars is that we built it &
shot it there.
