[MD] Douglas Adams for dummies

Hmmm. If Douglas Adams is for guys who know philosophy then I must be a lady who never took a class because I don't get the appeal. It struck me as trivial and not much fun either. People told me it was "hilarious" but I didn't even smile. The very short life of a falling whale - splat? I can see that Adam's is TRYING to be funny about the meaninglessness of existence but that sort of thing doesn't make me think or laugh. My point? I think it's perfectly fine if a person chooses NOT to spend time with Doug.
