Hi Michael, welcome to the Discuss.
I have been noticing lately (within my own patterns of thinking) that I give
considerations about the truth or falsity of some 'thing' very low priority
i.e. a low value status. I catch myself applying Quality 'criteria' i.e
better, good, virtue, excellence ,etc, more and more.
This is very satisfying and uplifting...it fills me with gumption.
