There's another good example of the difference between philosophy and philosophology.  Most Christians don't really care to get into the meaning of Christ's words or the context or any of that stuff.  They just want to utter the magic incantations and get their goodies.

Not to hopscotch threads, but unless you put more meat on the bones of how you're using the philosophy/philosophology distinction, then--as has been my contention --it is just a magical incantation, giving you the goodies of superiority.
