For myself I try to keep DQ undefined, SQ defined in my awareness.  Latin

Actually, I've never met a humble plumber before you Joe, so you are unique.

Latinwise we find "concept" coming from "conceive", which gives me pregnant
pause to jump in with ideas about what ideas are.  "Where do hypothesis come
from?" Is the same as "where do ideas come from?" which is the same as "how
do concepts arise?"

All questions with the same answer, "nobody knows".

yes but, according to William James the only thing you can talk about is
that which is grounded in personal experience.  So don't leave it out or
you'll have to shut up!
