Hi Matt, Marsha,

Been sidetracked by the Bo logic of late, but I think we have some
paths crossing here.

The problem with the total relativism, suspension in language, view is
that it does indeed end up being relative to the individual in
isolation.

I keep suggesting two angles we need to pin down to sort of the social
/ intellectual confusion, namely freedom vs authority and individual
vs collective. I don't believe that the individual / freedom extreme
(maximum DQ in isolation, full stop) can be the optimum position (and
that Pirsig ever intended that).
