[MD] what do we mean by "real"?

True, so we're all pragmatists again, who recognize that we don't find
real meaning in dictionaries, just definitions, but ...

"Reality, in it's closest definition, are those concepts that have
practicle consequences in experience"

We just fall back again on agreeing what counts as ...
Experience - that doesn't lead us off down the subjective / relativist
dead end again.
Consequences - the significance of all possible causal effects - what
counts as "causation".
