How can we be non-intellectually aware of our emotions? Emotions are
intellectual constructions i.e they are arrived at by postulation.

Hi Andre,
What awareness which RMP identifies as pre-intellectual experience is that which i am suggesting may be identicle with emotional response.
The social asigns symbols to emotions but these symbols are not themselves emotions.
The intellect may abstract further, but I feel pretty sure i experience emotions without the necessity of postulate their existence.
