Actually it answers the question "Why?" by saying without value we 
wouldn't be here to recognize reality much less ask "Why?".

Are you seriously suggesting that the "reason" subatomic particles 
value their attractions is to make the cosmos "recognizable" or 
"habitable" by human beings? Was their a meeting of quarks to decide 
to do this? Or were they commanded to do this by Qualigod?

Q: Why do subatomic particles value certain attractions?
A: So  that people would be here to ask "why?".

How lucky I am that billions and billions of years ago, these quarks 
were concerned about this.
