Marsha,
Why do you think its only static intellectual patterns that get in the way of
following Dynamic Quality? Why shouldn't we kill all static social patterns as
well? Or maybe a few biological ones? In LILA, Pirsig comments on the morality
of the hippie movement as it was against BOTH social AND intellectual patterns.
Do you think this quote reflects a different position?
