Intellectual Level.

Once again, so you are saying the "Metaphysics of Quality" is NOT a definition
or analysis of Quality, but Quality itself?

Isn't the "Metaphysics of Quality" a definition or analysis of Quality, and
hence, by your own statement, an "intellectual pattern"?
