Bo's superfluous comment:
This is it all in a nutshell. We see things from the MOQ while Arlo's 
p.o.v is the intellectual level - must be because in his view the MOQ is 
an intellectual pattern - and from intellect seen the term "intellect" is a 
mindish realm where descriptions of reality are, while MOQ's 4th. level 
is SOM, i.e. the value of - among countless S/Os - the 
description/reality one.

Spot, on but Arlo no doubt will return with the MOQ - its levels and all -  
as intellectual concepts different from Quality ...etc.  We'll see.
