This is a tricky slope you are on. My contention is that rape is a social
construct, you agree with this. Rape does not exist at the biological level,
so there is nothing to control there. You propose that to rape is a biological
urge.

No. I said that to have sex is a biological urge. "Rape" is (initially) a
social level stigma designed to control that biological urge. Intellectual
patterns such as "rape law" is designed to control the social level rape stigma.

If somebody runs a traffic signal, is this due to a biological urge or an
intellectual one.

Well, I'd say that "me first" is a biological urge, and that social level
patterns of turn taking were enforced to control this. "Traffic law", as it is
decided by the courts, should be an intellectual control of social level "turn
taking" enforcement.
