[MD] Sex, Rape and Law in a MOQ

Sexual behaviour and strategies are built into the biological level - 
otherwise there would be no biological level and nothing for the social 
level to emerge from. Sex and reproduction developed at the biological 
level - later, social rituals evolved around sex.
