[MD] Reifying carrots, causality and the law of gravity

Hi John,

The use of the word 'reify' first was a single reference which I had 
to lookup in the dictionary, and then it multiplied like rabbits and 
I found it everywhere, explaining everything.   Those crazy rabbits!
