Well, Horse, reading this,.. i'm almost ashamed to compare it
with admissionfee's in Belgium.
I think for bursary students(about everyone with working parents), the
annual fee
is about 550 euro.
Non-bursary students will pay about 1000 euro annual.
Of course this is without food or housing, but these come at a very social
prize
Sometimes the fee is higher, when the government declares a numerus clausus
for some directions, sometimes the instream from Kongo or Netherland is very
high.
The fee becomes very high in that case.
If i think of it, the model you are projecting sounds alienated, outrageous.
