[MD] Another one bites the dust

I saw the good Captain twice (that I remember - could have been more!). 
Once with the original Magic Band (I think) in 1972 and again in 1975 
along with Pink Floyd and Steve Miller Band. The Floyd crowd didn't know 
what hit them.
