[MD] Intellectual Level

Hi Horse,

I'm not quite sure how reification is being used, but it seems to me
you are expanding the concept of the intellectual level, from what
some conceive it to be, to where it should be.  I support this.  It is
easy to get lost in the mechanics of the intellectual level and miss
most of it.  Mathematics is an art.  It is used to create.  If such
creation is considered reification, then I am all for it.  If not,
then I think it is misleading.
