Not whole cities, but it's common to find an individual (without bluetooth)
ranting to himself there. Specific example:  MSNBC, weekday evenings.

What about the individuals who rant to themselves on the radio or Fox News
almost 24/7? Are they "disharmonious with reality" as well? Or only "liberals"?
What makes Ken Olberman "disharmonious" but Glenn Beck "harmonious"? Let me
guess... the one you agree with is conveniently "harmonious"...
