To me SOM is somewhat similar to Quality in that it's impossible to define
but everybody knows what it is.

In fact, I'd say the only way to define SOM is from a Quality perspective...
hence the difficulty explaining it to "non-believers".

I mean, I would say that, but it sounds too much like something Bo would say
about "container logic" and obviously I can't be in agreement with him.

Me being an idiot in his eyes, and all.
