Biology and Society and Intellect may value all sorts of things but these areas of humanity operate under rules.

Love and Law and Truth are the rules.

Obeying the rules costs freedom.

But obeying the rules also gives back much greater freedom. ( think static latch here )

An axiom is a rule that we say is Truth.

>From an axiom we build understanding and awareness far in excess of the cost of obeying the axiom.

But an axiom is based on itself and nothing else.

It is made up.

It is a leap of faith.

It is quicksand.

It ain't Truth after all.

And it doesn't matter one goddamn bit.
