  If his arguments were well presented, he wasn't abusive, stuck to the 
rules etc. but had a different point of view I would imagine he would be 
accepted but maybe treated a bit warily. A bit like Ham has been. I 
certainly wouldn't remove him for merely having a different point of view.
If however he was abusive and/or threatening, refused to talk about the 
main subject of the forum, twisted everything around to suit his own 
purposes and generally behaved like a twat then I'd probably remove him.
Being on the edge is fine - being so far off the edge that you can't 
climb back is another matter.
