Greetings Horse,

I thought the MAIN subject of this forum was Quality? I can imagine all subjects can be fit into the MoQ perspective, after all the MoQ is about Reality = Quality. The Zuni was not a complacent academic, but he offered great value to the group, in spite of the group rejections. When one is harassed by individual or group authority in an abusive way, one might become defensive, and anger may follow which is usually not a pretty response, but quite normal. I bet many thought that Zuni witch was a trouble-maker and one not keeping to the purposes of the tribe, rather than a brujo who was adding something dynamic. I bet many thought Phaedrus was a trouble-maker and not keeping to the purpose of the community. I missed the ending of the SA affair, but when I reread the posts, I thought he had been backed into a defensive corner and understandably lost his cool. To me he was driven to the edge. Then Lord and Flies did him in. That is my interpretation. He could have been handled better. He might have had something of high-value to offer; now we'll never know.

One is too hard, one is too soft...

Horse, this post is not about your authority, it's about Quality.

If this were a list discussing SOM, and someone joined saying that the world was made of Value and the world had given him shock treatments to prevent him for saying it, you'd probably label him as one of the tin-foil hat variety and harass him off the list. Dose anybody get that the dynamic ideas come from the edges, from the uncomfortable places? I'm leaving tomorrow morning for a few days at Cape Cod. Maybe you can discuss how many pimples from James's butt will fit on a pin. Oh yea, what about the latching thingy? Not to worry, I can assure you some of you are soooo static, it won't be an issue.

The rest of this is other griping is about some men being uncomfortable with the 'personal' and with some men not being comfortable their feelings. Please, I did say some men, not all men. What a riot! This might become a list discussing a MoQ without a heart, a macho metaphysics. Love it! Ooops. Was 'Love' a bad word?
