I don't think you will find a translation as this is a "Sioux" word.
There's a convention used by English ghost writers for Indian's of spelling,
in phonetic English, native words that are concepts that don't have a 'good'
translations. As in "lila wakan" is "more than human" being , "spirit
being", "ghost spirit", shaman talk. IMHO it's a bit of a stretch to take a
Sioux utterance that sounds like  "lila wakan" and try to tie it in to RMP's
book "Lila." But with an Ouija board anything is possible. "Ouija" being a
Native American word for "Parker Brothers" evil eyed, forked tongue,
purveyors of the "green frog skins" game Monopoly. ;-)
