As a friend, I hope I can ask without patronising, can you see that
this response to Dan is what is getting Horse et al wound up ?

You're "not wrong" but endlessly answering questions with questions is
ultimately nihilist. Intellectual or not, we can all play this game
and we all understand where it leads. It needs to be used sparingly,
in balance with more constructive behaviours. You understand it too,
so it is not surprising many assume you use it as a deliberately
spoiling tactic rather than constructive / progressive.

Talk off-line if you'd prefer.
