OK, Marsha, Dan, Horse,
Dan, yep, I saw your tactic.
(Thank MoQ for Dan and Magnus btw)
Marsha, of course "why a metaphysics" is a valid question (the first
one I ever asked a sceptical question about on MD as I recall), but
it's not a very constructive one to insert into an existing thread on
another smaller topic, within a metaphysics discussion group - Dan led
you anyway - All topics are interconnected, that's not news is it;
it's always possible to widen the metaphysical questions ? And no, you
you don't have to answer every question in every post, many are
rhetorical, and it's a great game (*) - a contact sport DMB called it
- to work out which questions are "worth" answering, and "how". And be
seen to take that care (an accusation levelled at me too BTW).
A frustrated Horse - called Marsha an airhead. Marsha, think about
proving him wrong, or if you prefer, not reinforcing his erroneous
impression ...
Ian
(*) PS and because it is a game, a contact sport, refereeing /
moderation is essential.
