Dan, Horse, (and Ron),

Something like this Dan, yes. I sent my own proposals to Horse
directly, and several times published ideas over the years too.

The key is Ron, some "governance" is essential .... active moderation,
with rights and responsibilities.
The anarchists can call Horse an ass-hole, Horse predicted they would,
but a free for all is not a progressive democratic arrangement of
freedoms.

The trick for MD is to have governance arrangements that nevertheless
value non-intellectual and DQ behaviours - like any good, free,
well-run, society.

Nil-governance is the dumb degenerate option.
