I read that, and came away with the feeling that it was both subjective and 
cultural.  One of the biggies that I got from ZAMM was that beauty and truth 
were both events, not absolutes.  Because of that, they would both be 
subjective also.  The whole thing seems a bit of an exercise in mental 
gymnastics, which is fine with me, because I like doing those.   This would 
seem to be arguing on the side of intellectual vs. actual, though.  I'm not 
sure I'm comfortable doing that either.
