Hi Carl

I think it is well described in Lila the first part. Science, physics 
and chemistry, is positively exact about reality (SOM) but doesn't take 
notice about moral, decency and other values. The metaphysics of Quality 
is about whats behind both physics and social values. Whats behind the 
evolution of a professor in chemistry when 2nd law of enthropy wants to 
tear all the atoms and molecules apart. By understanding the 4 levels 
for example (ch 12. Lila) you can see the difference and how they 
interact and counteract each other.
