Hiya

I agree that the quality of posts has increased over the last few weeks 
- although the usual suspects are still wasting posts. But as they only 
have 4 then this makes the signal-to-noise ratio considerably more 
acceptable.
As far as I'm aware (mainly because I haven't suspended myself) all 
posts should still be received by members on suspension. All posts are 
also available in the public archives as well.
I'm not sure about naming names, unless I actually remove someone 
permanently. As members who are suspended can still receive posts they 
are also able to reply off-list to anything directed at them - which is 
their choice if they are serious about the discussion.
