Hi Horse

Your effort is definitely valuable as I am experiencing an increase of the MD quality.

But i have a short question: Are suspended people shut off from both contributing and reading the posts? If they are shut off from reading also, then it maybe would be useful to know who are banned to avoid "ghost-writing" to people that are disabled to answer.
