[MD] Administrator announcement

In the last couple of weeks or so I have had to put 4 members of MD on 1 
weeks moderation with another starting today - which makes 5!
Will you please take care that you do not go over the 4 posts a day limit.
The majority of you are keeping to this particular rule - and I thank 
you for that - but please re-read the following, which some of you 
should have read several weeks ago, and make sure that you understand 
what it says.
