[MD] ACTA signed by 22 EU countries - no news coverage.

The ministry of agriculture signed it. I guess they though it has 
something to do with them. It has nothing to do with them. This is 
ridiculous. 22 other EU countries also signed the digital copyright 
treaty known as ACTA, even though it doesn't go through in parliaments 
and doesn't have acceptance of the EU parliament. And the preparations 
of the bill are secret. This is all disgusting.
