[MD] ACTA signed by 22 EU countries - no news coverage.

Folks, I know this and similar events are very close to peoples hearts 
but can we please try and keep to the discussion of MoQ on this list.
There are plenty of other lists where SOPA/PIPA/ACTA etc. are discussed 
but, unless it has pertinence to MoQ discussions, can we at least try to 
keep on topic.
