Not quite.  Have you forgotten about Buddhism, and even Schopenhauer states
his 'Will' (not the normal definition) comes before the subject and the object.  I do 
believe RMP's Value/Quality makes for better understanding.  

It do believe all knowledge (and that would be static patterns) is dualistic creating 
a knower and the known.
