I've cut earlier parts of the post for clarity - mine mainly.

Your position up to now has appeared to me at least to be that DQ and SQ 
are the same - but maybe this has been me misinterpreting.

When you say:
"Static quality is not other than Dynamic Quality; Dynamic Quality is 
not other than static quality."

this gives me the impression that you believe that they are one and the 
same.

Is this correct or do you mean something different?
