Hi Marsha
As I don't want to inundate you with questions I'll come back to this at
a later time after giving it some more thought if you're OK with that.
I also see others may have some questions so you may want to have other
related conversations.
Thanks for keeping it civilised and could I also ask others to do the
same - we really need to get back to discussion on this forum rather
than confrontation.
